By accessing and using Sajjad Auto Care's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Sajjad Auto Care provides automotive repair, maintenance, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of the work required.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All service estimates are provided in good faith based on our initial assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about vehicle issues and history
• Removing personal belongings from vehicles before service
• Paying for services in full upon completion unless other arrangements have been made
• Picking up vehicles within 48 hours of service completion notification

6. Limitation of Liability

Sajjad Auto Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
